Placester provides technology solutions that help Real Estate Agents connect better with their customers and prospects. They use digital tools to facilitate real-world interactions. One of the products that I was accountable for at Placester was the Admin Panel, which is the software that agents use to set up, maintain, and develop their websites as well as manage and nurture their leads. It’s part website builder, part CRM

With this project, we set out to answer a high-level business question – How might we reduce customer churn? In the early stages of our exploration, I discovered the user experience problem – New users were overwhelmed and needed a lot of help getting started, sometimes giving up before they had a chance to realize enough value.
